ABOUT THE EVENT

We realised that no one (or far few between us) actually know all the rights we have in Australia once we become permanent residents or citizens in this beautiful country that we now so proudly call home.

We might not be Australians by birth, but we definitely are Australians by choice, which is why BRACCA is producing a BRACCA Meetup on What are “Our Rights in Australia”.

This event features two VIP members of the NSW government sharing with us the rights we have (from the federal and state levels) along with what we can expect from the local governments (councils). During the encounter the Brazilian Community will also be able to ask questions.

Featuring:

John Ajaka

Minister for Multiculturalism

Minister for Ageing

Minister for Disability Services

Bruce Notley-Smith

Member of Parliament

for Coogee
